Airvana supplied Hamilton Telecommunications with 1xEV- DO Radio Access Network Infrastructure including its IP-RN 8000 radio nodes and the RNC-8500 IP Radio Network Controller to provide high-speed wireless data capabilities to fixed and mobile devices. Airvana’s 100 percent IP-enabled 1xEV-DO infrastructure allows carriers to deliver high-speed data access at a lower cost per bit than any other 3G technology.
