Airvana, (www.airvananet.com), a leading provider of All-IP, third-generation (3G) CDMA2000 1xEV-DO infrastructure, today announced that it has elected Marcel Gani to its Board of Directors. Marcel will chair the audit committee of Airvana's board of directors.
Marcel is currently Juniper Network's Chief of Staff and brings more than 20 years of financial experience in the technology industry, including eight years as chief financial officer of Juniper Networks (Nasdaq: JNPR - News). Prior to joining Juniper Networks, Marcel served as Vice President and CFO of NVIDIA Corporation, Grand Junction Networks, Primary Access Corporation, and NeXT Computer, Inc. Marcel also worked in the finance group at Intel Corporation for twelve years.
