Airvana, Inc.
Airvana provides network infrastructure products used by wireless operators to deliver mobile broadband services. These products, which are based on Internet Protocol technology, enable wireless networks to deliver revenue-generating broadband-quality multimedia services to users of mobile phones, laptops, and other mobile devices.

In May 2007, Airvana acquired 3Way Networks, the pioneer of femtocells for UMTS markets. This acquisition furthers Airvana's strategy to address UMTS radio access networks and to deliver fixed-mobile convergence and in-building mobile broadband solutions for both UMTS and CDMA2000 markets.
