WHAT: In-Building Wireless Solutions 2007, now in its 10th year, is the only event dedicated to technical and strategic solutions for in-building wireless coverage and capacity. Albury's address will occur on day two of the conference on the technical track, and will focus on the need for Pico and Femto cells in settings previously under-served by Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS).
WHO: Simon Albury is Airvana's General Manager for UMS Access Products and the former Managing Director of 3Way Networks. Recently acquired by Airvana, 3Way Networks was founded in 2004 to develop a range of 3G wireless infrastructure solutions for military, aviation, maritime and mobile operator markets. The company has been shipping UMTS infrastructure products to a variety of customers since 2005 based around its innovative Integrated Network on a Card IN-c technology.
